If you are in your 50s and over, then this is the transformation journey for you. During the 30 Days you’ll learn how to design a nutritional diet that supports your hormonal cycle, even if your post-menopausal and no longer have a cycle. You’ll learn to get rid of the dreaded hormonal symptoms like hot flashes, brain fog and trouble sleeping.
We’ll also learn about the importance of intermittent fasting, how to develop a fasting lifestyle, and how to grow into some longer fasts, so as to bring healing and restoration to your body.
Still important for this age group is managing your stress level, dealing with trauma and ensuring you are getting adequate sleep. We’ll explore how to develop good sleep practices, and incorporate gentle exercise to manage the cortisol that can create havoc in our female bodies.
It is also important for this group to consider detoxification and how the products we use every day in our homes, and on our bodies, can be causing uncomfortable symptoms.
This group Transformation Journey occurs once a year. Each week you’ll be invited to join the group zoom call. You’ll also be given either a THRIVE or a FLOURISH Transformation Journey Information Folder filled with vital information to make your 30 Day transformation successful.
