Health coaching is all about helping you turn knowledge into action — bridging the gap between what you want to do for your health and how to actually make it happen in your everyday life.
Together, we’ll focus on your goals, build sustainable habits, and work through the barriers that have been holding you back. You’ll have me in your corner to encourage, guide, and keep you accountable.
We’ll meet weekly for 1:1 coaching sessions, giving you time to reflect, reset, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Between sessions, you’ll also have tools and strategies to practise at home, so the transformation continues long after our time together.
Because our lives are busy and commitments often arise, this package also can include the flexibility of being a series of 13 non-consecutive weekly sessions.
