12 month Personal Coaching Plan

Some clients need to give their body a whole year to balance and come back into alignment with our God created us to live.  You may be battling with some significant symptoms, perhaps even chronic disease with a serious prognosis.  You may need to undergo several months of intentional detoxification to bring healing.  During the 12 month period you’ll be assisted with implementing the core principles of fasting and feasting according to your hormonal cycle.  You’ll receive weekly consultations either via zoom or in person.  Mel will clearly outline the tools and tests that are required in order for you to gain the transformation you are seeking.  I look forward to walking this journey with you.

3 Month Personal Care Plan

Ready to reset your health and feel like yourself again? Over three months, you’ll be supported step-by-step through a personalised health journey. Health coaching is all about helping you turn knowledge into action — bridging the gap between what you want to do for your health and how to actually make it happen in your everyday life.

Together, we’ll focus on your goals, build sustainable habits, and work through the barriers that have been holding you back. You’ll have me in your corner to encourage, guide, and keep you accountable.

We’ll meet weekly for 1:1 coaching sessions, giving you time to reflect, reset, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Between sessions, you’ll also have tools and strategies to practise at home, so the transformation continues long after our time together.

Because our lives are busy and commitments often arise, this package also can include the flexibility of being a series of 13 non-consecutive weekly sessions.
