Maintenance Care Plan

So you’ve finished the Care Plan designed by Mel, you want to keep in touch and have the support of being able to check in from time to time.  The Maintenance Plan is for those clients who would like to maintain contact through email, txt with questions, queries and clarifications along the way.  The Maintenance Care Plan is charged on a yearly basis, and includes one email or txt a week.  Please note the maintenance plan does not include in-person consultations or consultations via zoom.
